- Part-Time Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Description
W2 Position | In-Person + Telehealth | Paid Supervision
What if your part-time clinical work actually felt supportive?
Many clinicians are carrying full caseloads, unpaid labor, and ongoing uncertainty. This role is designed for licensed therapists who want steady, well-supported clinical work without pressure to overextend or give up their existing position.
Sanctuary Counseling is a multi-location group practice offering thoughtful, trauma-informed care. We are currently hiring part-time licensed clinicians to join our team across Audubon, Douglassville, and Lancaster, with a blend of in-person and telehealth sessions.
This role is a good fit if you want meaningful clinical work, strong professional support, and the option to grow without rushing a full transition.
The Role
- Part-time caseload of 12–15 sessions per week
- Combination of in-person (approximately two-thirds) and telehealth (approximately one-third) sessions
- W2 employee position with benefits
- Session-based compensation plus paid administrative time
- Fully supported practice environment so you can focus on clinical work
This role is a good fit for clinicians who:
- Are employed elsewhere and seeking a supplemental W2 position
- Are exploring a gradual transition into a group practice
- Prefer part-time work as a long-term arrangement
- This position is not compatible with maintaining an independent private practice.
Compensation and Support
- $45–$65 per clinical session, based on license, experience, and role
- W2 employment includes employer-paid payroll taxes, paid no-shows, PTO eligibility, and benefits
- All administrative support provided, including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and referrals
- Supervision is guaranteed, collaborative, and paid
- Weekly group supervision
- Weekly individual supervision during the first 90 days and as requested thereafter
- Supervision time is compensated, not donated
While per-session rates may appear lower than some 1099 roles, most clinicians find their effective take-home pay and sustainability are higher due to paid non-clinical time, reduced administrative burden, and increased income predictability.
Clinical Environment
- Trauma-informed, affirming, and ethically grounded culture
- Ongoing access to consultation with colleagues and leadership
- Thoughtful intake matching and referral support
- Respect for clinical judgment, boundaries, and professional autonomy
Why Sanctuary Counseling
We believe clinicians do their best work when they feel supported, respected, and adequately compensated for all of their labor, not just sessions. Our goal is to create a practice where clinicians can build sustainable careers without burnout or constant hustle.
